Everything runs on a single pool of credits — research is nearly free, image ads are light, and video scales with length and model. Exact per-render costs are published for every model at /costs.md, and shown in the app before you spend anything.

Yes — the full studio to try free: 250+ free credits to spend on Ad Spy research and image or video ads — 25 at signup, the rest earned as you set up your brand and explore, no card required. Engaged creators can earn thousands more through creation milestones. Paid plans add a bigger monthly credit pool and better per-credit rates — nothing is feature-locked. It's the best way to see whether Hermoso fits before you pay.
Anytime, from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately. A downgrade or cancel simply stops the renewal — you keep your plan and remaining credits until the end of the period you've already paid for, then move down. No refunds or proration, no lock-in, no cancellation calls.
Nothing breaks — you just top up with a credit pack (valid 180 days from purchase), or on a plan your credits refresh each month. Monthly plan credits don't roll over. We warn you before a render would put you over.
Every plan includes multi-brand workspaces and team seats; Studio adds the volume, priority support and enterprise SSO agencies need. Annual billing saves you two months, and custom volume pricing is available — get in touch.
